About SUDO Con

SUDO Con was born as a fledgling idea between toorcon and phreacknic, after  realizing there is no con in  Savannah GA .
The object of SUDO Con
  • Teaching n00bs about the wonder that is Linux, and giving  them a place to get their hands dirty so to speak.  .
  • Networking for  hackers , and professionals who want to learn more about, Security, Film and Personal Applications  .
  • Bridging the tech and creative communities.
  • There will also be Drinking,hardware hacking, Games , and general Con Goodness

 

 

 

The Idea

    SUDO Con was a brain child of Paint and Simontek. We are hopeful that this year will be awesome because we would like this to be a roaming Convention going to the more obscure tech areas of the United States  and show casing both the Host cities unique high points and giving rural Hackers a chance to mingle with there  peers.

    ie: if you can't afford to travel to ; Black Hat ,Defcon,  OutterZone, SmooCon ect... We want to do our best to bring a Con to you

     Savannah was choosen this year as a launching spot because this is our home town. We believe it has potential to be a cool tech hub, and one of  the themes is bridging tech and art.
