anything you want to write on.
if you are selected you will get a panel or a talk on your topic.

because this is a first year con we are trying to keep in a general theme so presidence will be given to papers on:

Linux, Art , Security.

but this is still a very broad topic pool.

and  Tracks would be set up as novice/intro to the topic,
intermediate and  advanced talks.

example:
the Linux /Open-source track could  be :

novice :           intro switching to Linux,BSD,ect
intermediate:  Shell Scripting, linux from scratch, opensource PBX, Ruby on Rails....
advanced:       hacking your GPS/watch/iPhone to run Linux..

Do you really want papers or do you just want topics and descriptions?   Academic conferences usually require papers and then you basically present the paper.  Industry conferences rarely require papers and only want topics and descriptions.  I'd be happy to speak about just about anything web-related - from setting up and using Apache, Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, the glories of open source software, web development in general or various other topics... but I don't have time to write a paper on any of them.

I'm geeked about the conference, though!  It would be great to have serious nerdfest in Savannah.  Geekend was great, but it was kind of design-heavy.  I'd love to talk about scaling web sites, memcached, the NOSQL movement or a host of other truly geeky topics!

it's papers with a presentation on the paper.
standard academic submission for the talks,
just like they do at Defcon, and blackhat and smoocon

there are 3  Tracks  with limited space. Probably going to be 6-9  talks total , possibly more if there shorter talks on similar subjects they could be doubled up.
but right now I'll know better once i see what gets submitted.

I'm open to adding a misc. track 4 if there are some really good out of the box papers or  submitted talks/presentations

I'd like to have time to have Q&A panels
