I need someone to help me organize the con activities,Security,and talks.

I'd be happy to help organize talks.  I don't have time for most of the other stuff, but I don't mind finding speakers and picking topics.

right now  I'm just trying to find space and funding .

even if we do it micro-small.

may be limit it to one day ..and a few talks ..like a larger install fest .
although ideally this should be a weekend event .with room in a hotel or convention space.

any suggestions are welcome right now.
